Lotion Love - Guide To The Best Affordable Moisturizing Lotions
Vaseline Sheer Infusions-
Sheer Infusions come in three options: Mineral Renewal, Vitamin Burst and Botanical Blend. Each moisturizers can be used daily and comes in 6.8 ounce and 13.5 ounce pumps that start at around seven dollars. Reviews about this product have been mostly positive claiming that it is “affordable”, “lasts all day” and “really works without feeling greasy”, just a few more reasons to give it a go!
Keri Renewal Serum-
Here's something new from Keri, a renewal serum for extremely dry skin that looks more like hair gel than lotion! A triple action formula that contains polyhydroxy acids and rich moisturizers promising to exfoliate, moisturize, nourish, repair and keep skin soft with a protective barrier that keeps moisture in. Available in a 4-ounce bottle, Keri Renewal Serum may be a little more pricey compared to it's drug store competitors at $12 per tube.
Twilight Woods Triple Moisturizing Cream-
It's always exciting to see what Bath & Body works comes up with each year and this time, they have outdone themselves with an exclusive moisturizer created with berries, mimosa, apricot nectar and warm woodsy fragrances. Twilight Woods Triple Moisturizing Cream comes in a 12-ounce tube, starts at $12 and according to recently released reviews, is worth every penny!
Curel Life Stages-
These three new moisturizers caught my eye because as you age, your skin changes, so this seems like a great selling point and smart move on Curel's part. Pregnancy & Motherhood was developed by OBGYN's and helps in increasing skin's elasticity and reducing stretch marks. The First Signs of Aging Youth Defense is targeted toward women experiencing dryness due to aging and claims to replenish essential building blocks to reveal healthier skin in one week. Menopause and Beyond promises to help “prevent the symptoms of hormonally changing skin”, leaving skin super soft and containing ingredients that assist in boosting collagen. Available in 8.5 ounce and 13 ounce bottles, Life Stages starts out at around $8 per bottle.
So many lotions, so little time! The great thing about all of these is that they are affordable and they really work, allowing you to try them all!
