Makeup Tips - How To Apply Blush


The best way in which to both accent and enhance your cheekbones is by using blush. One of the best kept makeup up tips is that you can use blush as either a highlighter or a contour. Sometimes you may wish to use it as both. It depends upon the look that you are after.
